Disinfecting used nasal spray bottles - Is my plan in check?

I'm pretty sure a while ago someone posted a "how to" video on reusing the blue nasal spray bottles and nozzles, but no matter how I twist the search functions I can't seem to find it. Can anyone else remember it or has a link to it?
Basically I have NA-semax, NA-selank and P21 in the freezer right now. I have 100% IPA, alcohol wipes, sterile 30G needles and sterile syringes.
Would it be fine to boil the glass spray bottles in regular water and then add a little IPA, swirl it around and let it completely evaporate?
Then have a small sterile cup with a little IPA in, drop in the nozzle's hose in there and give it a couple pushes so the insides get disinfected?
Would slight IPA residue harm these peptides?

That should work fine. Just be sure that all the IPA is flushed out before mixing a new solution.
