Nasal spray bottle failing

My first bottle of ceretropic nasal spray bottle purchased (NA SEMAX A) is already failing halfway through. I made sure there is no obstruction in the tip blocking it. It just sprays to the side thus wasting the spray on the wall of my nostril.

Any tips to get this working again?

Edit: I tried unscrewing all the parts and running all sides under warm/hot water and no luck fixing it.
