Okay, sorted.

I received an email reply from your employee, Markayla, 20 minutes ago at at 1535 informing me that your dashboard reflected no reason for the decline.

I contacted my bank (Wells Fargo) and they lifted a block against your company on my account. They red-flagged you guys for processing the transaction out of Vancouver.

For future buyers reading this thread: please be advised that Wells Fargo blocks ALL Ceretropic transactions by default, pending telephone approval by you.
