Why would anyone inject semax?

Is intranasal semax superior to injectable? Like 95% of all reviews are about semax sprays. Semax seems to have a similar structure to opioid peptides (correct me, if I'm wrong), so it probably has analgesic properties. Does injecting it have any benefits over sprays?

This right here. And, no it doesnt have analgesic effects if you inject it. Otherwise it would produce the same effect if you snorted it.
Ive read that ppl prefer nasal spray because that actually produces acute cognitive enhancement while subcutaneous route is more subtle in its effects. So the main reason to inject it is to get the full worth of your money

That's not true.
The Nootropic and Analgesic Effects of Semax Given via Different Routes
The results showed that i.p. Semax had nootropic and analgesic actions. Dose-response characteristics were different for these different effects. Intranasal Semax was more effective in improving learning in animals than i.p. Semax but had no effect on pain sensitivity. Our results provide evidence that different mechanisms and brain structures are involved in mediating the nootropic and analgesic effects of Semax.
Our studies of the relationship between the nootropic and analgesic actions of Semax and dose using different routes of administration showed that the dose–response relationship for the nootropic action is a bell-shaped curve. The peptide produced a more effective improvement in learning when given intranasally than when given i.p. In studies of the analgesic effect of Semax, we found a positive dose–effect correlation when given i.p. On intranasal administration the peptide had no analgesic action. Thus, the relationships between the nootropic and analgesic effects of Semax and dose differed.
