Priming nasal sprays

Do you have to prime any nasal sprays from Ceretropic before you use it, and if so does it waste some of the substance? I've noticed that the first spray is always weak/faint, but the subsequent ones are good. I just don't want to waste expensive Semax by priming so is there a workaround?

You always have to prime nasal spray bottles. There's really no way around that.
