Are Posts About Certain Vendors Hidden/Deleted by Mods?

Hello Reddit,
This is my second attempt at creating a post on Reddit. I'm really hoping this one will get some responses. In my initial post I asked some questions about products purchased from a vendor with some pretty mixed reviews. My post did not receive any responses and I can't figure out why that is. It may be that I made a mistake on my end (posting in the wrong place, submitting my post incorrectly, etc.), or perhaps no one had any answers for me...but I can't help but wonder whether it was hidden by moderators for some reason or another. I recall coming across a post about this vendor in the past, and reading a comment from someone stating the post would have been hidden/deleted had the individual not incorrectly added a space between the words in the website. Does Reddit work like this?

P21 is a clean clear non-physical stimulation. It is one of my favorites at the moment. I have TBI and it really seems to reverse brain damage. I used BPC-157 for adderall post withdrawal, it allowed me to focus and had an extra bonus of freeing up stiff joints.

Theirs is the wrong P21... They even link the wrong Wikipedia article. You are taking a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor. You are NOT taking a CNTF activator.
Real P21 is not stimulating. It can actually make you a bit tired. The one you are taking does not reverse brain damage. It's used in cases of HIV and cancer.
