New order of Aniracetam is more crystallized, kept me up all night

My first time on aniracetam was a shipment from NewMinds a few months ago, it was powdery and I was taking it at first just in the morning but then I read it was okay to take at night so I mixed it in my nightly smoothies as well. Decent experience, I stacked it with L Theanine and would occasionally take a 250mg Armodafinil in the morning with it from time to time with it, no problems. I didn't get an energy vibe from it at all, just more of a discipline, anti anxiety and non procrastination type of vibe from it.

I ran out and waited about 3 weeks before ordering more and since NewMind was out I decided to give Nootropics Depot a try. The first thing I noticed is that the Aniracetam from Nootropics Depot looked a lot more crystallized and "fish scaly".

I'm not sure what that means for Aniracetam but I know that when dealing with cocaine, the crystallized fish scale look means it has a higher level of purity, does it bode the same meaning for Aniracetam?
