After 3 weeks I still have not received my order in Australia. They gave me a local tracking number but Auspost has no record of it so it's either a typo or...I don't know. They will not respond to my emails. Is there customer service usually this bad?

They gave me a local tracking code LX293393311US and after pestering Aust post all they could tell me was that on 13/03 UPS received package information, they can't tell whether they have actually received the package.

As I explained in my PM, the local tracking number does not update until Australian customs clears the package. Once it is cleared, it gets scanned, and then it updates on both the UPS site and the Australia Post site.
