Nootropics depot uses the same shipping methods as Ceretropic?

I never had problems receiving my orders from Ceretropic to Finland using UPS express saver. I was wondering is nootropicsdepot using the same "shipping methods"?

UPS Express Saver is available on Nootropics Depot. We currently had to take it off Ceretropic, due to a site error. The API was just giving everyone free UPS shipping! So we removed it till we can figure out what the deal is. It's up on ND, though.
