Ceretropic doesn't accept credit card?

I tried to check out with my VISA card and the page says "Transaction declined".
I live in South Korea and it's Samsung(the company that makes Galaxy) card.
I want to know if I can pay by MoneyGram.

Our offshore processor denies a lot of charges because of their strict filtering. We can't really adjust that, unfortunately. We also do not accept MoneyGram. Bitcoin is the best option at the moment. https://xcoins.io/ is a good place to instantly get Bitcoin. Then you can use that on our site.
