I believe their payment processor cancelled on them. I think there is a workaround available; try filling your cart and then opening a support ticket.

Otherwise, I'm sure /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb can explain further

We don't really have any workarounds anymore. US customers have Echeck and Bitcoin at the moment.
