Are you able to get a full 1mL into Ceretropic's 30mL empty dropper bottles?

I got some 30mL dropper bottles which have 1.5mL droppers in them. I tested with regular and distilled water and I can't get the dropper to fill up to 1mL no matter how many times I squeeze the bulb. I tried with three bottles and mad sure there was no water in the bulb and tried drawing liquid at normal and very slow speed.

Squeeze the nipple rapidly multiple times in succession, and it will suck all the way to the top if you want. You have to force the air out, and quickly squeezing multiple times is the best way to do that. Sqeeeeeeeze the nipple, man.
