The only options I have for shipping to Canada now are Standard International Mail, DHL Express Worldwide, and Priority Mail Express International. What happened to the other UPS shipping options?

I ordered from DHL (before you even suggested it), just received my package a few hours ago and there were no charges. Conversely, UPS always charged me brokerage fees.
