Having issues ordering with Visa

I've been trying to complete my order with Visa for a few hours now. I fill out the order form and when I click on "Order Now", it takes me to a page that tells me to go back and refresh. I do that, fill out the form again, and the cycle repeats. What's going on? I'm in Canada.

Our processor has been having issues on the Ceretropic side as well. We are going to be migrating that very soon. So those issues should be gone in a week or so.
