Oxytocin Snuff?

So I've been curious about oxytocin, as it seems like a promising nootropic for social interaction.

However, I understand that dissolved lyophilized peptides are a bit unstable, and are best stored in refrigeration. But as Oxytocin has a relatively short half-life, it seems impractical for day-long socialization.

Some studies I've read about Oxytocin administered via snuff, which made me curious: Would it be feasible to dilute the 5mg oxytocin with some other inert powder, for the purposes of administration while away from my refrigerator?
