N-Acetyl Epitalon Amidate not dissolving?

I've reconstituted a bottle of NA Epitalon Amidate with 5 mL of bacteriostatic 0.9% NaCl. I put it in the fridge for 12 hours only to come back to pellets at the bottom of the bottle? Is this common? Did I not use enough BW NaCl?

NA-Epitalon Amidate is not very polar at all. So you need more water than you would the other versions. That makes it more able to pass lipid membranes like the BBB, but less soluble in water.
