I will try to explain with my best english.

In Portugal, what comes from non-europe countries, and costs more than 35 euros (total with shipment costs included) pays taxes. (IVA, usually 23%)
So, I know I have to pay that.

My problem is that I know that in portuguese customs they are very problematic sometimes, mostly with things that they don't know very well, but sometimes I think it's only because they are in bad mood.
Thats why I try to buy most the things from europe. UK for books in Amazon, etc.
As an example, I know that they were problematic with vaping products. Products kept there for months.

But I don't know how they react with nootropics. I have no experience with that.
My biggest concern is products with temperature controlled packaging staying there for several weeks. Then they can realese them but problably already not in good conditions for consumption.

An option is to use skypax in uk. Ship to skypax UK, then ship to Portugal, but not going to portuguese customs. Costs increase, but issues with portuguese customs decrease. But law about nootropics changed in UK, but I don't know if that changed shipments to UK.

My concerns increased after reading this: https://www.reddit.com/r/Nootropics/comments/2pal1k/top_europe_nootropics_providers/cmv84pi

So my questio…

I looked back through our recent shipments to Portugal, and we have not had any issues with customs blocking them. We've even sent sprays in temperature controlled packaging, and customs did not have an issue with it.

On the same token, we have not had any issues to the UK recently. The new law is not in effect yet. So we'll see how it plays out after April.

How long will credit card processing be down for? I've heard it might be down for good. Is this true? And if it is, might we see the return of a number of products?

It might be down for good. I don't know for sure yet. I am working on it, though. We will not be adding any new products without reliable processing. Sad part is that we were about to start releasing some new compounds w

Replying to tidus_the_one · So this is a tested batch, pure and all? Been waiting for god knows how long for it to come back to ceretropic. Is there someone from staff who can confirm it? /u/MisterYouAreSoDum

Yes, I would never sell something that I was not sure was pure. I mean, we were literally out of stock for years. If it's in stock, it means we are sure. It took us a long time to finally get a pure batch again, but this
