Hey everyone,
First of all, I would like to thank everyone here for your support. Without this community, my idea of opening a nootropic store would not come true. You helped me to test deliveries in various destinations in order to understand how it works in terms of customs, times and costs. I also got payments from everyone, though you were not really obliged to do so. This post is about a launch of a new nootropic vendor, but before I give you a link and explain what the idea is, let me tell you a short story about myself and my relationship with nootropics.
I became interested in them 7 years ago, when I was in high school. Back then, I started experimenting with various compounds such as Piracetam, Phenibut, Semax, Phenylpiracetam, and a few others. I realised that, in my case, they can actually improve my well-being and help me better prepare myself for high school state examinations. Fortunately, I was born in Russia, where all of the aforementioned nootropics and many more can simply be bought at a local pharmacy without prescription. After graduation, I continued taking nootropics and, surprisingly, never had any problem with them, unlike others. I think, it can be att…

I dont normally bother advising people (people are stubborn/dumb), but since I respect what you are trying to do and how much youre investing, I wanted to offer a word of advice: youre going to have to grow much thicker skin. you are going to get tons of people who will complain about you and criticize you for whatever reasons, and you will have to stay completely professional and courteous no matter what. dont take things so personally, you cant control how entitled some people may feel.
i really really respect /u/misteryouaresodumb from Ceretropic for handling all his customer relationships incredibly well (also for other reasons like his transparency, passion, and consistency, but i digress). Even if you don't agree with his business practices you should at least take a page out of his customer service etiquette.
Ive seen soooo many vendors and shop owners flip when criticized by a customer (and everyone on the internet will turn against you if you make a single mistake, there's no room for error), but if you want to be successful when dealing with customers you need to take your ego out of the equation.
tl;dr dont take criticism personally. if you want to sell nootropics as a profession, then always remain professional.

Him constantly bashing us, and making up numbers for our margins (come on, 99% margins?!?) is not going to help him in the long run either. If you bring out a product, it should speak for itself. Having to constantly try to bash our operation, to talk his up, is just going to lose him more customers than he gains. In fact, just mentioning our name constantly is going to lead to more people coming to our site, instead of using him.
I am going to stay out of this mostly, because nothing good can come of me getting into a back and forth with him on things. However, I think anyone knows his comments about us are off the mark. The only reason people are so interested in Semax, and other neuropeptides, is because we made them more accessible, improved their delivery systems, stability/efficacy, and price. Does anyone remember when 1% Semax drops were $180 a bottle? Pepperidge Farms remembers.
