Now that things are starting to settle down from the chaos that was quarter 4 of 2015, and since today's newsletter said the site will be revamped for 2016, can we expect any new compounds/preparations, as well?

Personally, I'm interested in NA-Selank-Amidate as a premade nasal spray (I find best results with their premade sprays, rather than making them myself) and further semax peptide modifications, along with, of course, P21 in a nasal spray preparation.

I never made a chargeback and the parcel disappeared for more than a 'few days'. Asking for accountability is not being an asshole. You or your staff refused to even call USPS and initiate a trace which only the sender can do as I was informed when I called them and told the same thing when I called my country's Post Service.

Further, a chargeback like a PayPal claim is not automatic but can only occur after the issuer has investigated and found reason for the reversal. All I can do is request a review which is the same as a PayPal claim. If you are in the right then you have nothing to fear from outside review but by the hystericism in your post above I conclude otherwise.

Then again by recent news it seems your corporation no longer need worry and may never in the future need concern itself with credit-card chargebacks or PayPal claims since those processors left your LLC behind. The removal of such protections has indeed also removed a portion of your former customer base who cared about accountability including myself.

Do you want me to post the tracking number, and a transcript of your rude emails to us, so that everyone can see it? I've spoken to the owners of the other major Nootropics companies, and they all relay similar issues in dealing with you. You are quite infamous for your public meltdowns, and your private conversations follow the same suit. I was even helping you with some NMR analysis on another email for something completely unrelated to us, and you still became rude and belligerent when your country's customs had a small delay in our shipping. You used to send us friendly emails with new ideas, or compounds you thought up. Then you just started blowing up, and becoming a nasty person. It's quite a shame, really.
Message anyone you want. I've spoken to the Reddit admins already about my affiliations. I've been a big part in the community for a long time, and have helped more people than you know. My companies started on Reddit. I did not come here to profit after starting. Reddit has a long history of being a place where new companies start out, and they are very supportive of that involvement.
I am not even sure why you came to our subreddit, and sought this post out. Aren't you just purchasing direct from one of your "reliable" suppliers now? You should have no issues dealing directly with China, since everyone is just a glorified forwarding service. Don't worry about identity and purity. I'm sure you'll be fine...
