Hey! We know you're busy. Any info on purity would be appreciated. How's the HPLC going? Any future plans for use of this technology. Any other members care to give input or ask questions?
Thanks :)

Cool! It sounds like you are FDA compliant. How does your production area work? Does it look like a bunch of chemistry lab benches or is it more of a production line?

They are lab stations with stainless steel tables and stools. When a production tech comes in, they grab their binder in their individual slot on the wall. That has their production schedule and lab station they will be working at. Each lot is done by a single tech, and signed off on by the production supervisor. They grab the production guideline for that specific product, which has all the information about that powder, like color, smell, etc. along with a picture of it. They grab the jars and caps needed for that lot, along with the labels that were printed ahead of time, then grab the bulk powder from the storage room based on the batch number on their production sheet.
Most of my powder production team are chemistry and biomedical engineering students from the Barrett Honors College at ASU. We are working with ASU to offer positions for them to get lab experience. They get lab credit, experience, and a chance to come on full time when they graduate. We get a steady supply of reliable and motivated people. It's a win/win!
