What dosages are people taking of NA-Semax?

I got my NA-Semax nasal spray yesterday and tried it this morning for the first time. 3 sprays of 100mcg each, 300mcg total. I don't really notice anything. I might feel a little more awake, like as if I just drank a cup of coffee. But NA-Semax is supposed to be very noticeable, so I'm wondering what dosages are people taking when they find it to be so noticeable?

Forgive my ignorance, but how is the vial not susceptible to heat in the same way? Sub-Q isn't an option for me, but if it's possible to safely mix my own spray and avoid degradation, that might be something I'll try. I had very high hopes for Semax, I'll be really bummed if I get nothing out of it!
Again, forgive my ignorance, but is it not possible to do some sort of heat tolerance test? For example, determine how much of the compound has broken down after, say, 48-72 hours in 100 degree heat? If you can determine that, you'll know if the compound is surviving the summer shipping.

It's less susceptible as a lyophilized powder because there is no water to cause hydrolysis. It's also sealed in the vial, so oxidation is not an issue. UV can be an issue, if you leave the vial out in the sun, though. However, that is not a problem when they are in the packages. The lyophilized powders in vials are very stable.
And yes, it is possible to do temperature stability testing. I have everything needed to do it. We just need to dedicate some time for it. Every time I hire more people to the team, we grow even more. So I am always trying to play catch up to keep things running smoothly. I have 17 employees now, and am about to bring that up to 22. I can't seem to hire people fast enough to get ahead on projects. But once I have some extra time to pull my lab manager off other tasks, we are going to run stability testing on the peptides in various conditions.
