Semax nasal spray arrived warm, cause for concern?

Hi,
My Semax spray from Ceretropic arrived warm despite the 'ice+thermal' packaging. Should I be concerned that it is now compromised?
I put it into the refrigerator immediately and the glass, at least, became cold again quickly, so it wasn't tooooo warm.

The ice pack is more to be a heat sink, and protect the package from excess heat/spikes. The sprays are very stable. I've left a Semax spray out in 80*F temps for months, and it is still effective every time I use it.
