Why isn't there a NA-Semax Amidate nasal spray?

Is it because it wont work or just because it hasnt been released yet? Is there a way to make this into a spray yourself? I just dont like injecting.

Nice! I tried out the amidate after having very little effect from NA-Semax and it worked great. Not sure what's up with that.

Lots! Semax is very complex. You are not the only one that has gotten lackluster effects from the regular N-Acetyl version. Some people get no effects from NA-Semax, and great effects from regular Semax. Others get nothing from regular, and super stimulation from NA-Semax. That is why I decided to take it a step further, and create the amidate. The metabolites and their distribution in the brain is what make Semax work. Altering the termini is going to alter how much of each metabolite gets to certain brain regions. I also speculate that it alters the likelihood of the C-terminus complexing with Copper-2, which will alter things.
So far everyone loves the Amidate. I don't recall anyone reporting bad effects. Taking the knowledge I have gained recently, I have made even more modification to the Semax peptide, which I think are going to be very groundbreaking! I am really going down the rabbit hole of peptide pharmacology, and am learning more and more about the underlying chemistry behind it too. I've always been more interested in pharmacology, but the chemistry is super interesting too.
