SR9009?

Just found a source for this one. Does anyone know how safe it is in humans? Sounds amazing based on the limited research out there, but I can't help but feeling like there's got to be some kind of catch.
There was a thread a month ago in /r/nootropics talking about it and one guy said that he's been trying it out, but it doesn't look like he's posted any updates since then.

Body builders are full of shit, placebo effect, and confounding variables. I took 1g/day of ITPP for 6 days and the effect was somewhat noticeable. I certainly wasn't getting anywhere near a 50% increase in endurance. If you look at bodybuilder forums they are taking 50mg/day on and off and claiming big gains! It's really doubtful.
If SR9009 gave animals a 50% increase in endurance at the human equivalent dosage of 600mg that would mean that humans could expect a ~3% increase at a 20mg dosage. How many people are willing to pay for a 3% increase in endurance? The numbers really strain credulity.

Yep, I tend to agree. I went back and forth with the lab on human equivalent dosages many times. Directly scaling the rat studies puts the human dosages much higher. I was skeptical, but decided to trial it at 10-20mg. The effects are noticeable. 50% increase in endurance? Probably not.
