Making Semax nasal spray with PEG or just NaCl water?

I found a bottle with a metered doser in the pharmacy giving 300 sprays from 30mL. The ingredients are 15% polyethylene glycol and 5% propylene glycol, and some minerals and benzalkonium chloride, pH 6.0. It's just a nasal moisturizer. Would it be cool to throw 30mg semax into here and use this at 100mcg per spray? I should have just ordered the semax spray to begin with but now I'm stuck. I also have sterile NaCl I can fill into the bottle instead.
Question is, should I use the included PEG/PG/minerals solution, or replace it with sterile NaCl water? Will the PEG interfere or is it a good carrier solution?

Just ask me for an empty bottle. I'll even fill it with DI water for you. You got the Semax from us anyway. I don't want you to miss out on the spray ability.
