Ceretropic released it to my knowledge in a trial stock. Any anecdotes from the ceretropic staff or others that have gotten to try it? If so how does it compare to Semax and N-acetyl semax?

how do you go about designing/developing these peptides as in, how do you know what enhancements to make? can you iterate continuously or will N-Acetyl Semax Amidate be the last version? im no chemistry major but would be very interested in hearing more of your thought process; find it very fascinating

I read A LOT. I use the research others have done to make my own postulations, which then lead me down different research paths. Those then lead me to more data, and more postulations.
The amidate was a pretty simple one, though. I read about peptide amidation when I was reading about acetylation a while back. Then a customer wrote me asking why we had not tried it yet. That kicked me into gear, and I had my lab do it. Now I am thinking of a lot more complicated modifications to do, based on various research I have found. I bounce ideas off people that I know, and see what they think. Then I use their ideas to do more research. It's really nothing special. I read, come up with ideas, bounce them off people, use their suggestions to do more reading, make a decision, then consult with my lab about getting it done.
