This combo (taken sublingually: 15mg tianeptine + 30mg coluracetam) works incredibly well for me (mood, focus, etc.).
Did anybody else try it ?
Could there be some synergy between these two substances ?

One of the most common reactions reported to coluracetam is a slight mood elevation.. so concretely arriving at that conclusion that seems a bit fallacious.
Tianeptine has many reports to include an antidepressant effect & mood elevation as well, I'm just pointing out that colur is also known for just that and is undergoing clinical trials for it as well.
@OP, I've never tried the combo but I have heard this same report that it's quite a mood enhancer. I really don't know about synergy and it'd be hard to conjecture based on MOAs, as we don't fully know coluracetam's full MOA besides increasing HACU (some thoughts about working as an AMPAkine too and inducing neurogenesis, but that's still up in the air). Tianeptine works via modulating the glutamate system mainly & acting as an agonist @ mu-opioid receptors as well, so the two definitely have seem to have unrelated mechanisms which could culminate in synergy or at least an additive effect.

Side note: I always find the word fallacious makes me think of fellatio. Now that's a stack! Tianeptine, Coluracetam, and fellatio! Then you really wouldn't be able to say for sure where the mood elevation was coming from!
