Am I taking too much? Advice?

Just to be clear, I know that from a completely sensible and moderate point of view, what I'm taking is too much, but what I'd really like to know is the degree to which it is too much, is it far too much, or just too much. What I'd like to know is if this is HUGELY terrible or just a bit much.

Anyway, to get to the point, often I go a month or so without taking it, but sometimes I go a month or so where I am taking it every weekend, maybe with one weekend off in that month. The important thing to note though is that I'm almost always buying street MDMA, which from what I've read online is most probably always Methylone because we tend to finish a gram between two of us in a night, and when I've had real MDMA from silkroad I've never been able to finish anywhere near that in a night, usually a gram of REAL stuff will last me multiple sessions.

I usually tend to make sure I look after myself fairly well during and afterwards, get plenty of fruit and water etc. I sometimes feel a bit shit mid-week but not always, and when I do it's mild enough that I don't really care. Do and say what you will. You walk the walk, but you're the one causing damage to your body despite the overwhelming amount of research on the subject that you could be currently reading. /u/misteryouaresodumb has an excellent write up on /r/drugnerds about the benefits of supplementation with studies about the effects of neurotoxicitiy and serotonin depletion that are hyperlinked into the post. Go read those. If you feel the need to come on here, ask questions, and then attempt to act as if you know more than anyone here without any anecdotal evidence to support your case despite the many studies (again check out that post! Or you know, use Google, or if you're too stupid for that go to a library) in opposition to your point of view. Goodluck with your life journey. I'm just glad I'm not doing the damage you're doing.

Some people are too willfully ignorant, or just don't give a shit, so they do not listen to reason. Those are usually the people that listen to anecdotes over hard data. "I feel fine, so I must be fine."

Life will eventually catch up to OP, and he has nobody to blame but himself. At least you tried to help.
