Nobody is selling the supplements recommended by rollsafe right now.

Replying to MBaggott · I wish people would stop citing that post on MDMA supplementation. It's filled with errors and speculations, but is too old for anyone to comment on it to correct them.

Make a better post, and I will link it in the one I made.

Magic doesn't get old

Replying to Yidam · I was fine with your advise and all if someone is willing to take the risk of brain damage to get high for a couple of hours (when there are so many better alternative available).

The risks should always be mentioned with any substance. The goal is to make it safer, not to make people think there is no risk at all.

Magic doesn't get old

Replying to Yidam · isn't that a bit irresponsible as there has been no trials showing the efficacy of the pruposed ways to protect yourself from MDMA induced brain damage. Shouldn't have the advise i

Do you really think telling people "don't use MDMA" is going to do anything? It's going to make people close off, and not even listen to you anymore. When you give people constructive ways to protect themselves, and get them interested in the risks/how the brain works, then they…

Magic doesn't get old

Replying to MBaggott · Thanks for the thoughtful response. Maybe we can work out a chart of potential supplements listing the suggested dose/regimen, the rationale, the approximate price, the strength o

I think that would be good. I also think another discussion about the mechanisms of MDMA-induced neurotoxicity is in order at some point. I have not really dove into any more recent studies on the matter. There could be new information out there that might be useful.

Magic doesn't get old

Replying to MBaggott · This is, to my knowledge, a series of false or misleading statements. Maybe we can get u/MisterYouAreSoDumb to provide references. I really wish people would stop citing that posti

You're right about EGCG not being a diuretic. It's a vasodilator, which can help with urinary retention arising from the vasoconstriction caused by MDMA. However, I was incorrect in calling it a diuretic. It still seems to help with urinating while on MDMA. It is just probably do…

Am I taking too much? Advice?

Replying to Tussthethief · Do and say what you will. You walk the walk, but you're the one causing damage to your body despite the overwhelming amount of research on the subject that you could be currently r

Some people are too willfully ignorant, or just don't give a shit, so they do not listen to reason. Those are usually the people that listen to anecdotes over hard data. "I feel fine, so I must be fine." Life will eventually catch up to OP, and he has nobody to blame but himself.…

Roll safe

Replying to yolko · I couldn't find magnesium glycinate in EU. Is magnesium sulfate the same thing?

No, definitely not. That's epsom salt. You can take a bath in it, but don't ingest it.

Roll safe

Replying to Narit · Ehhh his supplementation is a bit understated. You should definitely add more to the regiment. Check out my post in /r/drugs or /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb 's post in /r/drugnerds for

I believe he based his page on my supplementation. He wrote me a while back asking if he could. My post is listed in his sources.
