Question about MDMA and 2C-B supplementation

Sorry for my ignorance on these matters, and thanks in advance for any advice. I'm planning on following the below supplement routine for an upcoming MDMA roll:

Before:

100 mg Co Q-10

800 mg Magnesium Glycinate

1200 mg Vitamin C

400 mg Acetyl L-Carnitine HCL

100 mg Grape Seed extract

200 mg Alpha Lipoic Acid

After:

800 mg Magnesium Glycinate

1200 mg Vitamin C

400 mg Acetyl L-Carnitine HCL

100 mg Grape Seed extract

200 mg Alpha Lipoic Acid

10 mg Melatonin

Next day and daily for the following week:

100 mg HTP

1. Any suggested tweaks?

2. I doubt I'll be able to time my pre-supplement all that precisely - I'll be at a music festival, so I don't want to be carrying around handfuls of pills with me, and I also don't want to drop before I'm in front of a DJ I really love. I'll most likely supplement at camp before leaving for the night, which will probably be 2-4 hours before I drop (rather than the recommended 1 hour). With that in mind, should I switch anything up? Is there anything in my list that's going to be a guaranteed waste if I take it a few hours in advance?

3. I'm planning on doing 2C-B my first night, followed by MDMA (and possibly another bit of 2C-B) the…

To be fair to /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb, he goes into further detail in his post about MDMA metabolism. He doesn't mean that MDA itself is more neurotoxic just that MDA metabolites are more neurotoxic, which I believe is proven though I may be mistaken.

I'm also fairly certain that grapefruit juice is a potent inhibitor^(Wikipedia but still) of CYP3A4.

Overall I don't see any reason not to pre-load/post-load especially with the anecdotal reports behind it. It's unlikely to do any harm and reasonably likely to benefit you. Though I do agree none of it is definite.

MDA is MUCH MUCH more neurotoxic than MDMA. There is no doubt about that. You need to inhibit CYP2D6 when taking MDA, and figure out a way to prevent the ring-hydroxylation.
