How to inject SEMAX - Please can we have detailed instructions?

I really want to get SEMAX to inject but I am having a hard time understanding how to use it.
I understand the generalised basics from watching something like these videos:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZiOAuXLivpY
http://peptidecalculator.com/reconstitution.php
However one of them uses a mixing vial and the other does not.
It seems very important to know how much bacteriostatic water I should be injecting into the SEMAX vial. What is the dilution? And also how much I should be injecting into myself? After I inject a dose do i now have a SEMAX vial with filled with bacteriostatic water that now needs to be kept in the fridge?
I have too many questions that put me off but they seem like they have simple answers I just havent seen them anywhere.
Can someone PLEASE make detailed instructions or better yet a video of exactly how to do it. The crappy Russian nasal dropper 0.1% worked amazingly well and quite possibly the most impressive thing Ive ever taken in regards nootropics and Im also including some dodgy research chemicals like Methiopropamine that cant be good for me but does help a lot as a mood brightening stimulant, but I just would rather not have to use it anymo…

Thanks, good information for how to mix the water with it, but doesnt say how to inject. Would you say from this point, these instructions are accurate?
Im just about to place my order with you. Is it correct that all I need in addition to the SEMAX and the Bacteriostatic Water is the needles?

Yeah, that looks fine.
I dilute my peptides so that each dose is 5 units. For the GH peptides, that means that I make each 5 units equal to 100mcg. That involves mixing 2.5ml into each 5mg vial. Then I dose either on the tops of my legs, or next to my belly button. You'll get a hang for where to do it on yourself.
I have some veins that come close to the surface, so I need to avoid particular areas, lest I inject right into my vein. I've done that on a couple of occasions. It's not a big deal, but I try to avoid those veiny areas now.
The SEMAX has a LOT more peptide per vial. So if you want to dilute to low doses, you need another vial to transfer into. The 120mg vial can only be diluted with about 3.5ml. That gives you about 1.7mg per 5 units. You can just use lower amounts if you have a small volume syringe, or you can use 3ml to dilute it, then transfer half to another vial, and dilute further.
I would recommend 30-31 gauge 50 unit insulin syringes. You can barely feel them at that gauge, and the 50 unit ones are more accurate at lower dosages.
