If you could only use one word to describe a drug, what would it be and for what drug?

Well, fuck, that is not good huh...

So, today I made the decision to, well, uhh, lesser my use. Maybe I should go for a little break, or no, a long break might be better, I actually decided this when I woke up, or no, I did not sleep but at 8:30AM I was eating this salmon and thought "shit, I should be eating more of this, but I am not.."

So I thought about starting to eat really good and start working out hard again, I'm not small, but I was big and this speed habit didn't do my 'big' any good, so I guess it's time to get bigger.

Anyone have any idea how to go about exercising after abusing amphetamine day by day? Anything I need to look out for? Any tips? I already kind of did a lot of fucking pull-ups, dips, curls etc and went for a little run.

The fourty grams of paste in my freezer will have to wait for my vengeance I guess..

I'm going to sound like a broken record since I am pushing it so much, but I think you should get on some memantine with your amphetamines. It will help protect you from excitotoxicity, and can even help you lower your dose. If you are going to be doing it, might as well be safe about it!

MDMA Neurotoxicity Part 1 (Metabolites)
