My friend died shortly after taking 25i-nbome. Why?

A good friend of mine died after taking 25i-nbome. In New Orleans, it has recently been sold to consumers under the false pretense that it is acid. How does it make people die? Is there a lethal dose? Is near-death overdose painful? Has anyone else had trouble with it? I just want to know because it wasn't her time. She just wanted to trip :(

1. Nobody knows. The deaths so far have all been overdoses or with complicating conditions. Vasoconstrictive issues and panic-related heart issues seem likely and seizures have been reported.
2. Everything has a lethal dose. There is no toxicity data for any of the NBOMe series. I would recommend never exceeding 2.2mg of 25I-NBOMe.
3. I couldn't tell you. This might give you some insight
4. I've not had any trouble personally, but I know people have.

I am thinking it's due to the 5-HT1D and 5-HT1B affinities. Agonism of those leads to both peripheral and neural vasoconstriction.
