What nootropic or nootropic stack develops the LEAST tolerance?

Ello, noob here,
Ive been feeling down more often lately and have been looking into nootropics (although perhaps it was me using my body as an experiment that got me feeling this way to begin with... I digress).
The words "piracetam" and "modafinil" and "phenibut" and "aniracetam" have sprung up at me; however, all of which have reported tolerance development.
What is the BEST nootropic out there, among all combinations that have the LOWEST tolerance development? I want to avoid the ups and downs that have plagued my supplement experimentation in the past.
Regards.

I'd look into St John's Wort and Bacopa Monnieri. Those are both substances which improve your serotonin system. They also don't have a tolerance, but in fact build up in effects. They both work very well for me!
