I know coke and meth are both stimulants, but can their highs be compared in any ways?

Sorry for my terminology ignorance, but I have a question. I've been a member of this sub for about half a year now and the term "a cleaner high" is sometimes used. I still don't know what that means. Could someone please explain?

Usually that means that there is less peripheral nervous system stimulation. That means less tachycardia, less blood pressure, etc. In meth's case, or regular amphetamine, that comes from the levorotory enantiomer. You always want D-amphetamine and D-methamphetamine. Certain synths will lead to higher concentrations of the levorotory enantiomer, making the high less "clean feeling."
Cocaine is cardiotoxic in both (+) and (-) forms. However, (-)-cocaine has 8 times the likelihood of producing convulsions as (+)-cocaine. Coincidentally, the(-)-enantiomer is the only one found in nature. (+)-cocaine must be synthesized. Cocaine generally is harder on your heart.
Now this is barring any chemicals left from the synth or extraction causing issues.
