Why does classical music scare away junkies?

Hey druggit,

Behind the largest train station in copenhagen, they play classical music, apparantly to prevent junkies lounging and potentially scaring people coming from the station. I've heard they do it in Hamborg as well. I saw the post about opiates and music, and wondered why classical music is used. Although I have some vague theories, none of them seem like valid answers. So, do any of you have a good reason?

P.S.
The homeless people in that area mostly use heroin.
