Aniracetam Wonder

First off I've tried other nootropics with limited success. I used Oxiracetam for a few months but stopped because I wanted to give it a break. It helped with motivation and mood.
I tried it again recently and found it didn't help me as much as before so I switch over to Aniracetam and wow! I bought Aniracetam 6-7 months ago, tried it once but didn't like it. Now Oxiracetam isn't helping and Aniracetam is a wonder drug? I notice depending on your state of mind one nootropic works better then others.. and I must say mentally I've changed a lot (for the good) the past couple years.
It's amazing too -- increased focus, motivation, memory, speech, I'm more awake, more energetic and very surprising, increased libido? I haven't read about this side-effect anywhere else but it's true.
I'm in love with Aniracetam.. for me it's like I drank a cup of coffee without any of the side-effects of coffee. By the way I had coffee with Aniracetam and I was up until late in the morning with way too much focus. I got a lot done that day but it ruined my sleep schedule for the week. I'm not doing that again.
So again one take away I'm getting is depending on a person's state of mind.. one noot…

You sound like you know your stuff. The reason I'm intrested in dopamine is for concentration and focus, and I first started thinking about it after reading about /r/nofap.
What daily activites or habits can I do to help my dopamine system?
What foods will help?
What supplements?
Do you have any links to help me learn more about dopamine?

Meditation is a natural way to do it, but takes time and experience. It all depends on what your goals are. What are you looking to do?
