Alright, how fucked is my brain

Original post in this thread

I'm currently 17, I have been using cannabis since around 14 at one point it was up to 5 times a day for about 6 months. I quit cannabis and use maybe monthly for the past 12 months. Anyway, I have used MDMA over 30 times in my life, LSD around 10 in past year, Various gabagenic substances couple times a year, went through oxy addiction last summer in moderate doses daily, and now I've been drinking daily for the past 6 months. This is just a quick recap tbh. I've used a lot more substances, but those are my main ones. OH and amphetamines have been prescribed to me for two years, however bad self control I go through 600MG of adderall in 3-5 days.

I quit school 2 years ago, I have been to rehab once, I am just being stupid at this point and wondering if I were to just completely STOP all drug usage until I'm around 22 would there honestly be any damage to my brain that I can not change? I feel like I've permafucked myself off some cognitive abilities and it worries me.

You already know the answer. It's your choice to take control, though. Fix it while you still can. Drug use doesn't have to be a problem. When you let yourself take it to abuse, that's the problem. Slow your shit waaaaaay down, and you'll enjoy life much more. Best of luck!
