Met Someone Who Had A Complete Breakdown...On Weed?

I smoked some of this strain of weed at a friend's house last night:

One of the dudes there who I had just met, goes and stands in the kitchen for a while and I go in, make a joke about how he looks lost and hand him a cup for water. Then I come back out and talk to a girl. After a few minutes, two other guys go in to talk to the guy in the kitchen. We get the sense that something is wrong. The dude is frozen holding his cup of water. Then he SCREAMS HIGH PITCHED like a bird for thirty seconds. Puts down his cup of water walks out the kitchen and stumbles, hitting the wall and passing out on the floor.

Me and his friend pull him out in to the hallway of the apartment building. His friend says I'm going to call an ambulance and says, wait here I'll go get them. Later I realized, he just ran away and went home after calling the ambulance. The girl also leaves.

So it's just me and my dumb friend from the financial district who is panicking that the cops are going to come. This kid is still passed out in the hallway. I look at his face and it looks different. His neck has bulged out. Then while I'm looking he just stands up really quickly and…
