MDMA substitutes

Original post in this thread

What substances feel like MDMA does? I have heard 2-cb has some similar effects, and I know there are other RCs out there that I don't know the names of that also have a rolling type of effect.

Any suggestions on something I could take while in between MDMA rolls? I wait at least a month, and would like something to do in the middle of that break, so something that doesn't stress the same system as MDMA would be great.

6-APDB releases serotonine in similar amounts as MDA so I assume its the same for 6-APB (although it is stated the difference is unclear)

That one has a methylene ring, whereas 6-APB is a benzufuran ring.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8246240

Enlargement of the saturated ring by one methylene unit to give the tetralin derivative resulted in a large (3-4-fold) reduction in activity at catecholamine sites.

If I am reading that right, 6-APB had a 3-4 fold increase of of activity at monoamine sites. That would indicate that you may be correct, and 6-APDB is more like MDA, whereas 6-APB is more like MDMA. The orientation of it's ring oxygen atoms are responisible for it's selectivity to 5-HT.

Have you tried either of them?

Which substance, in your opinion, is the hardest to remember what happened afterwards? Also, what is your best blackout story?
