Drank for the first time

So my friend is a sophomore in college. She invited me and a couple of friends to a party that was going on. I knew they were going to be drinking and I thought I would a little bit but not too much.

When we got there, we had to change into our costumes and start pregaming so we could leave soon. I took four shots. Two of which were 151 and the other two Jose Cuervo. I was not aware of how potent these drinks were.

Just as we were leaving, it all hit me. Everything was a little shaky. It was similar to when I would smoke a lot of nice weed at first. Then we take the bus to the frat house. By the time we had to start walking to the house, I was plastered. But instead of being sloppy and uncoordinated, I somehow had it all together.

We get inside, and not to many people are there yet. I didn't know anyone, so I asked what everyone's costume was. This was a great icebreaker. Then my friends fall back, and I started talking to a group of guys. They couldn't tell I was very drunk, just a bit tipsy. I end up going out to eat, and getting back to the dorm perfectly fine.
