Thinking about trying MDMA for the first time tonight, and I just wanted to make sure I'm well prepared!

Here's the story:
Tonight, I'll be acquiring .2g of MDMA (crystals), and I just want to make sure I've got the right info from the pros.
A good, first time dose is about 100-150mg, correct? I don't want to under or overdo anything, so I was planning on parachuting 120-125mg for my first time. My question is, what the heck do I do with the other 75-80mg of Molly? Will that be worth taking in the future? Should I lower/raise the dose so I'll have enough for more than once, or take it all at once?
Another thing I'm curious about is if I'll need a trip sitter for this... What I've read, I won't really have a 'bad' trip from that amount of MDMA. I usually take any sort of 'upper' when I'm alone, most often, though, I just take Adderall or Vyvanse, just to get through a night of studying and other loose ends that need tying up. Speaking of Vyvanse, should I take a 50mg or so during the closing of my MDMA high, or will it not make much of a difference?
Also, another thing I'm afraid of is 'drunk dialing' somebody (particularly my boyfriend who I'm going through a rough patch with) and really laying my feelings out. That's partially why I want to take the E, because I had some real…

Keep your body temperature low, and make sure you take lots of antioxidants. Be smart and safe!
About the trip sitter, you really don't need one. However, you are most definitely going to want to call your EX while you are rolling. Give your phone to someone else with you during your roll. It's always good to have friends around while on E anyway.
