I got a $520 speeding ticket in Boulder City Nevada. It was actually in the middle of the damn desert with 0 cars around, apparently in Boulder City's jurisdiction. I was in a Honda Civic going 95. He was driving the opposite direction and got me on radar. First words out of his mouth: "You could have killed someone!" Ohh really, you mean that tumbleweed a quarter mile back?
