The government is 100% complicit and that is part of the problem.

I was just there 2 weeks ago. A group of women marching for equal rights were beaten in Tahrir square by a group of ultra radical men. The sad part about it is, there are signs and wall paintings saying "The Ultras are for freedom and equality" all over the place. Kind of disingenuous when their actions are not in line!
