My urine was like neon gatorade when I had this for the first couple of months, now it's not as rancid so maybe the B2 is being put to use. I don't feel the vitamin B rush on these unless its with some caffeine. I eat 4 eggs sunny side up almost everyday so I just cycle it for 3-4 days out of the week or when I'm away from no consistent Vit B sources
