I bought a Tongkat Ali supplement from Amazon, sold by ND etc, but the bottle is white instead of blue as ND bottles typically are. Is this normal?

Yeah but ND uses Fed Ex. Fed Ex sucks ass.

We have used every single carrier you can think of since I started the company 13 years ago. FedEx has been, by far, the most reliable for us. Dejoy fucked the USPS, so they are garbage now. UPS kept losing our packages, and even the regional manager couldn't fix it for us, so we moved away from them. We still offer UPS if you want to use that at checkout, just like we offer USPS, so customers have a choice. However, we have a contract with FedEx where they are mandated to reach specific shipping times. As always, it is location-dependent. Some people just have a shitty FedEx driver or FedEx hub. That's the exception to the norm, though.
