Has Infinigreens been tested for oxalate and FODMAP content, especially since it contains kale, coriander, and parsley (known for very high oxalate)?
Want to take it for gut health but very concerned about oxalate and fodmap content.

From what I've seen, vinegars can help break stones down. Not sure if it is 100% true, but if so, you could drink a tablespoon or two a day of a Cider vinegar (diluted in 8oz of water or more, always, and swish with just water after to get acids out/more diluted). I'd also think other acids like citric acid might help, so lemon juice might also be a good option.

Citrate helps prevent the crystallization of oxalate in the body. This is why taking magnesium citrate with leafy greens is a good idea. It dissolves a a wide range of pH ranges, allowing the free magnesium to bind to the oxalates and get excreted, and then the citrate to be absorbed and prevent the crystallization. We are actually going to start adding it to our InfiniGreens, now that I know people are worried about oxalates. That will address it for everyone in the formula.
