Site Feedback: Can you move view cart/checkout button to the top of the cart dropdown?

I was using your website on desktop and trying to checkout. I clicked on the cart and the dropdown opened, but I guess I didn't notice my mouse moved back to the main site so when I scrolled down, it just scrolled the main site instead of the cart dropdown menu.
I kept scrolling up and down and clicking around on other buttons to try and get to the checkout page.
I even resized my chrome window to try to see if that would reveal the checkout button. It wasn't until I realized that my mouse was in the wrong spot that I moused over the dropdown and scrolled down to the checkout button.
Since it's one of the primary actions for customers, I think it should be at the top so I don't even have to scroll through my (usually long) list of products in my cart. Or maybe have it both top and bottom of the menu to cover all the bases.

I'm not quite sure what you are referring to? The cart quick drop down should only load 4 products, so there should be no scrolling needed.
