I bought ecklonia Cava for the sleep benefits, but eager to see what it's about -- i just took TWO.
I'm going to work out in about 2 hours and I'm excited to find out if it will affect my workout.
Tomorrow, I'll take 2-4 before bed and add my experience report in the comments.

I looked over the lab results and didn't notice any noted radiation levels. I'm quite interested in this product but wonder, respectfully, if I could ask what radioactivity levels/tests were accounted for and what did the measurements range from? I'm weary of the region it's harvested in. I used to fuck with matcha all day, but I do not fuck with matcha anymore; I do not.

Radiation is not an issue in the waters off Jeju island, where our Ecklonia cava grows. Also, why are you worried about it in matcha? That's certainly not going to be affected.
