Is it me or have all the customer reviews vanished?
This sucks for me as I used to leave reviews under a pseudonym so I could reference for future use when ordering product. I'm sure I left a glowing review for matrine for example but now I can't find it. Google doesn't match my pseudonym either.

I actually noticed the same thing and have been trying to contact ND Support regarding this issue! It seems like with the integration of TrustPilot a lot of the original reviews have been lost/replaced by the new ones! I was initially confused when I saw all the products with 0 reviews jump to 5 all of a sudden, but I figured that was just reviews being imported from TrustPilot Though that doesn't really answer why the original reviews for other products dissapeared. For example, here is a screenshot of the original Infini-B reviews https://imgur.com/a/SgJxea5 . On the Infini-B product page, https://nootropicsdepot.com/infini-b-capsules/ , these reviews are completely missing. I'm sure this is just some technical error, though, the one question I have is why are the TrustPilot reviews so oddly written? These new reviews seem dinsticly generic, utilizing key words and formulaic sentence structures. It almost seems like they all follow the same template or something. They all seem to be stylistically similar, compared to the old reviews where I think you could see the difference in people's writing quite clearly. Wow, thank you for alerting me! It seems that some of the reviews have not come over. They should have. I will have to alert our dev team, and see what our Trustpilot rep says. The old Infini-B reviews are just gone. I wonder how many other products have the same issue? I'll get on with the team to figure it out. Intuit Solutions is the team doing all the development work on our site now.
As for the recent reviews being more formulaic, that might just be because before we only really got reviews if people made the effort to go to the site and write them. This would only happen if someone was really motivated. It's also why we had so few reviews on things. It was an effort for people to make reviews, so it just didn't happen often. Now Trustpilot is emailing people asking them to review products, and it lets them do it with only a few clicks from their email. This seems to be getting more customers to actually review products, which is great! However, the effort they put into writing those seems to not be as comprehensive. It only allows real customers who actually bought those products to review them, though. So they are real people, and we can't affect what they say or if they show up.
